Astley Sean Henry

Astley Henry is a Results Management Professional with over 15 years of multi-country experience aiding organisations to strengthen their institutional capacity to collect and use data to drive the realisation of their strategic objectives. This typically includes ensuring that the right information gets to the right decision-makers’ hands, at the right time, and at the right cost. A substantial part of his experience has included providing these services for three Cabinet Offices: in the UK Overseas Territory of Montserrat, the Governments of Antigua and Barbuda, and the Government of Jamaica.
He has also been a consultant to the Department of International Development (now the Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office) and the Commonwealth Secretariat. He currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Planning, Project and Performance Management at the Ministry of Tourism in Jamaica.
Mr. Henry, A Grace Kenndey Foundation Scholar at the University of the West Indies, Mona, is also a graduate of the University of Toronto and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
