Dr. Apanisile Temitope Samuel, PhD, MSc, MBA, CICA, ERMCP, AMA, MPM, is an expert in applied complexity science, risk dynamics, and resilience thinking. His work helps decision-makers recognise what matters before it becomes visible, transforming how risk is understood and managed in today’s volatile world.

His research bridges complexity science and strategic decision-making, leveraging Quantitative Systems Dynamics Analysis (QSDA), a copyrighted Changification Framework – recognised as the quantitative groundwork for appropriately informing the chances and probability of failure or success – and other adaptive metrics that help decision-makers, organizations, and projects achieve their objectives despite uncertainty.
