Kellee Ann Richards-St.Clair

Kellee Ann Richards-St Clair is an Energy Business professional and Strategic Risk Consultant, who advises on commercial strategies that drive growth and profitability. She is a Certified Energy Manager and a Certified Governance, Risk and Compliance professional. Mrs. Richards-St Clair holds a BSc in Chemistry with Management (Honours) and an MSc (with Distinctions) in Project Management from the University of the West Indies. She also holds an MBA (with Distinctions) in Sustainable Energy Management from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business. She has conducted thesis research at the Post Graduate Level in the areas of Green Chemistry for Petrochemical Industries and Enterprise Risk Management practices of Private Sector Firms in Trinidad and Tobago. She has also conducted studies with INSEAD, Said Business School, University of Oxford and University of Cambridge in the areas of Strategic Performance, ESG, Supply Chain Management and Sustainability Leadership.

She has over 16years’ experience in risk management and is an advisory board member of the Trinidad and Tobago Risk Management Institute and the Caribbean Risk Academy. She is a subject matter expert on ERM in the Global Business Environment with a special emphasis on emerging risks in energy, trade, geopolitics, and sustainability. She has presented at several international energy conferences and is currently a member of the Trinidad and Tobago Energy Chamber Decarbonization Task Force. She has extensive experience in energy markets, international trade, and strategic decision analysis at the project and enterprise levels. She also provides advisory services in Commercial Due Diligence, ESG Risk Management and ESG integration into investment decisions.
