Why are there no EXISTING Operational or ERM Risk Professionals Included?

Fellow colleagues,


Please check the link below and share your thoughts/answers to my questions below.
This is not meant to be controversial nor am I casting any aspersions and with the greatest respect to the speakers, why aren’t any CURRENT and practicing Operational or ERM risk professionals on the list of speakers, as best as I can ascertain from their bios and or functional titles? 

  • Where are the CROs of these companies, 
  • where is the Head of Operational Risk, 
  • Where are the ERM executives?
  • what about resiliency officers?
  • is HSSE being de-linked from Operational risk or Enterprise risk management?
  • Or is there a belief that HSSE lives/operates outside ORM, ERM, and Resilience?

There is a formula that I learned many moons ago: R+H =A (where R is risk, H is hazard and A is accident). I may simply be demonstrating my bias here with this observation/question and, if so, I sincerely apologize…
